Berwickshire Housing Association provides housing for approximately 1747 households in the Scottish Borders. We wish to engage suitably qualified consultants to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction & Opinion Survey commencing in April 2010.

Previous experience of conducting a Tenant Satisfaction Survey for a social housing provider in a rural setting using a range of methods is essential as is the ability to capture and analyse data using appropriate systems.
